Biographie

Kellee Elkins is the Manager, Community Engagement - North America and the Caribbean. She works closely with local chapter leaders and partner organizations on the Internet Society mission to promote the open development, evolution and use of the Internet for the benefit of all people throughout the world.

Kellee began her career as a Consumer/Industry Liaison for the White House Office of Consumer Affairs concentrating on telecommunications, diversity and environmental policy. After serving under two Administrations, she moved to the non-profit world where she served as a key member of management teams for an array of organizations including the Association for the Study of Dreams, Sierra Club, Center for Mind Body Medicine, and the Unitarian Universalist Congregation. Kellee also served as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer in Namibia where she co-managed a computer lab and training center for a regional teacher resource centre.

Kellee is based in Reston, Virginia, United States
